Our Story
When I founded South West Building Company, my goal was to transform the traditional approach to building. I envisioned a collaborative environment where experts and clients work together towards the best outcomes for everyone.
As a supervisor on commercial projects for over a decade, I often felt frustrated by the inefficiencies in the traditional process. I believed that fostering a team mentality and leveraging each other’s strengths, rather than pitting builders against architects, would lead to better performance and smoother results.
Excluding builders from the design process seemed counterproductive to me, as they possess essential practical knowledge and understanding of costs. Similarly, architects bring incredible creative insights that should be integrated seamlessly. This collaborative spirit is at the heart of our company.
