Don’t have fully documented plans and Specifications? That’s not a problem - Engage SWBC to work with yourself and your architect/designer to bring your preliminary design through to construction documentation.
Already have fully documented plans and specifications? Engage SWBC to work with yourself and your architect/designer to build your completely documented home

Steps

Let’s have a chat! We discuss together your design, requirements, budgets, and time frames. This is mainly for everyone to get to know each other and feel comfortable moving forward. If you are at Preliminary Design stage, we will discuss a Preliminary Agreement arrangement. If you already have fully developed plans, we will move straight to Preliminary Estimating.

If you have already completed all your selections and are integrated into your full build documentation – you get to skip this step! If you currently have a preliminary design, we will start design development with interior design, selections, engineering, energy, and consultant discussions. These selections will need to get integrated into the design documentation by your design team. This will be completed with a full build specification, finishing schedule and updated drawings.
