Our Role

This was a Design & Build project, delivered by SWBC in collaboration with FLOW Architecture. Working closely with the clients alongside our design team, we guided the project from early design through to construction. The home required careful consideration of siteworks and build sequencing, with early coordination helping to refine structure, layout, and detailing. Through collaboration and practical build expertise, we delivered a home that supports the clients’ evolving lifestyle while remaining flexible, robust, and enjoyable to live in.
