Project Overview
Situated along the fairway in Dunsborough, this custom home was designed exclusively as a holiday retreat, a place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy time away. The brief focused on creating a light-filled, generous home that embraces its golf course setting while delivering a strong sense of openness and ease. Designed with holiday living front of mind, the home balances scale and comfort, resulting in a refined yet relaxed retreat that feels immediately welcoming.

Our Role
This was a Design & Build project, delivered by SWBC in collaboration with FLOW Architecture. Working closely with the clients alongside our design team, we guided the project from early design through to construction. A key challenge was delivering a complex, open-plan design incorporating structural steel and an open steel staircase, while the clients were based overseas for the entire duration of the project. Through clear communication, careful coordination, and a strong collaborative process, we ensured the design intent was realised seamlessly, delivering a home that exceeded expectations and provides a truly memorable holiday experience.
