Our Role
SWBC worked closely with the clients and Debra Brockman Interior Architecture and Design to deliver a complex renovation within an existing home. The project required careful planning due to restricted access through the property, as well as the challenges of converting a steeply pitched roof into a functional loft space. Working to a tight schedule to allow the clients to move back into the home, our role focused on sequencing, coordination, and detail management to ensure the renovation was completed efficiently while maintaining a high level of finish throughout.
