Dunsborough 34
Project Overview
Designed and built in collaboration with FLOW Architecture, No. 35 was shaped around lifestyle, connection, and a love of entertaining. The clients were transitioning from life in Perth and abroad, seeking a home that would support their next chapter in Dunsborough. Our Role
This was a Design & Build project, delivered by SWBC in collaboration with FLOW Architecture. Working closely with the clients alongside our design team, we guided the project from early concept through to construction. Through a collaborative design process and clear communication, we ensured the home reflected the clients’ lifestyle, priorities, and vision. Our role was to support the design intent with practical build insight, carefully managing detailing, sequencing, and delivery to create a home that feels refined, welcoming, and deeply liveable.
